Looking @ a Nordic 35' Flame
Let's hear it, the good, and the bad?! Hopefully I can hear from some present and past 35 Flame owners. Going tonight to take a look @ one in Sarasota.
Thanks,
Dean

Dean,
I have one, give me a call and I will answer your questions. It also happens to be for sale. It is cleaner than factory new and fresh water boat.

I looked into a 35 Flame 2 years ago before I bought a Cig. They seemed to be built real well although a little plain on the interior and dash. The lines and looks are real nice. I was also impressed with the performance numbers. I guess you will have to find out from the owners on how they handle different types of water and how well they hold up after a few years of use

Dean, I have a 2004 Flame (the one in this month,sExtreme Boats magazine). I did a lot of research on the boat before I bought it. Was at the factory twice and was real impressed with how the boat is put together. T he speed that you get out of stock power(500 525hp) is really great(90 to93). I boat in New York where their really aren,t any calm day,s and the boat has taken it in stride. the boat flies level and handlesunbelievably. It has certainly impressed a few skepticle East Coast boat friends! If the other boat you are looking at falls through,I may be selling mine to buy some waterfront real estate that I may not be able to pass up.But I would have no problem buying another Nordic. I forgot the only negative to me is the lack of wind protection. The windshield directs the wind right into your eyes. If the boat does not have to get sold I,ll be fixing that over the winter!
