Default Nordic 35 Flame 2004

I wonder who bought this boat?

http://www.offshoreonlyclassifieds.c...o22847-en.html

Wasn't this the boat that sat in the water and got blisters under the water line? It seems like a really good deal, as long as there are no water blister issues. Maybe the new owner is an OSOer and can shed some light on this boat.

Thats the boat. The original ad had some pictures of the boat in the water with some serious water lines. Who knows it may have washed right off. If it would have been closer I would have taken a serious look at it for 99k. Seemed like a steal if it wasn't damaged to bad.

jima,
Same here, it was just too far away to look @. And @ that $, I'm afraid of what you couldn't see from the outside!

BTW, what year is your Flame and what Power does it have? Ours is a 2000 with 502 MPIs, BUT I have a set of HP500s that are going to be "massaged" alittle bit and installed this winter, if the $ gas comes back down!
Thanks,
Dean

01' with hp500. I'm real happy with it. I am waiting to see how the new wood free foam core layup is going to preform with 525's then maybe I'll entertain a new one. It should run upper 90's if the std layup ran low 90's with 525's. They say it shaves quite a bit a weight off. Could be a little loose though! We'll see.

Do you do any of the Florida Powerboat runs?

Jima97,

Some people around ATL think that a 34 Cat should be your next boat. If you know who I mean. Hint 27 Thor

J,
Sounds real nice. No, we don't belong to FPC, I can't seem to find the time to hit the poker runs, I'm too busy with work. But we do have our own little fun runs, up and down the Atlantic and the ICW. We really like our Flame also, I just had it wet sanded and cleared, and it looks better than new.
If you ever come to FL, and are headed down I-95 in Brevard county, (Cocoa Beach, Merritt is, KSC) give us a call, and maybe we can hook-up.
thanks,
Dean
