Hello,
I drive a Cougar 38 feet, with 2x 7,4 litres mer cruisers with supercharger and closes exhaust because i drive this boat on the bodensee in germany, and there must be closed.
My boat runs with this engines 60miles.
My question is, is my boat faster withe the new 496 mag ho wit 2x 425 hp??
And which engine is better??

7.4 motor I get
Supercharger I get
Closes exhaust I do not gett? Are you talking about through prop, or just muffled?
You boat run only at 60mph? Sounds low to me.
Please help us out with more info.
