My wife loves her Saab 9-3 Aero convertible. It is probably the finest new car we have ever bought. It is very comfortable and goes like a bat out of Hades. I know it will do over 140 and feels more stable than the 95 Vette we had.

Re: new cars???

Thats the thing there are so many ,used or new cars out on todays market it's very hard to find That PERFECT CAR,Good luck on finding one. They are all over down here. I, would go new/ used very low miles, something someone had to un load.
It take's a litle work but you can save a bunch of cash on a new/used car! Good Luck! Hey how about a gas sucking hemi. :drink: Darin |

Re: new cars???
I just picked up a used CLK 430 and love the thing. You can probably get a nice 2003-ish CLK500 within your price range. I just drove my buddy's 2003 M5 last week, and that thing is a BLAST to drive.
Nice thing about the benz......they are so damn overbuilt......even my old 88 300e impressed me....every thing i took apart, i just said WOW when i saw how well built and thought out it was.. |

I love that car... It looks so sophisticated. Have you had any problems with it? |
Re: new cars???
The newest Motor Trend has a bake off between the new M5 V-10 and the Benz E55. The E55 is slightly faster, but other than that the M5 smoked it in all other categories. Great article. The new 7 speed transmission in the M5 can crank off shifts in 65 milliseconds. Not sure I can blink that fast.
