what you need is a chrysler air raid horn, I think it might fit in the bed of your truck with the hemi v-8 that runs it.

K5LA!!!!! 3/4'' Air bag valve, 150psi 12 gallon tank. Trust me its louder then anything youve heard!!! Hadleys are good, but if you want LOUD K5LA or if you need smaller K3LA. The trick is volume volume volume lots of air. I had two K3LA's on my last truck with a 12 gallon tank in the bed, and a viair 450.

go to chrome75 truckstop in wildwood, florida. they have everything from electric horns to air horns that are 5 feet long off of tugboats. and all size real train horns. exit 329 on highway 75

I remember years ago someone posted a video on testing his friend's truck horn. He made a call on his cell when he was like 1 or 2 miles away and then set off his horn.
