Thanks for all the comments! It seems as if shrinkwrap is the way to go. I'm embarrassed to say, but I haven't used my boat in about 2 months. It has been tarped the whole time. It was also sparkling clean when I tarped it real good. Well, somehow moisture must have gotten in and now the cockpit is a mildew'd mess!

Luckily, I was able to get all that stuff off. I was soo mad when I saw all that mildew !! Oh well, I don't want to have to go thru that again! I need to find some cash to finish this damn garage!

Shrink wrap holds moisture in better.
