New "Look" on OSO
 

Is my computer "fritzing out" or is there a new look on OSO? That nice soft blue background appears to be gone. It now appears real "glary" trying to read and everything. Even the print seems to have changed.

Not for the better. Like comparing an old dot matrix printer to a laser printer.

Seems like the softer blue background is back, but the font is still different. It's better, at least for me but I'm semi-old, as compared to "Too Old", but I still liked the way it was.

I don't do change well.

EXCEPT for losing the "silent thunder box" on Outlaw. :D :D

I personally like the new look. Seems cleaner to me, don't notice the glaring probs others have noticed.

Hmm, all I've noticed is a different font, and it seems one pt smaller. I'm using Mozilla Firefox so the other changes may not be noticable to me. I've noticed a lot of sites are different with Firefox that IE.

EDIT. Ok I tried IE and do notice some differences. Buttons and 3-d looking "stuff" looks a little more slick. :D Wish IE would do tabed browsing and was more secure. :(

From here, currently it appers the font is smaller, and when you click on a thread it goes kind of yellowy. The smaller font just reminds me of the old "dot matrix" printers.

This is weird... It looks pretty much the same at home, but I was at the office for a couple of hours today, and it looked very different -- chili peppers and such on the left side. :confused:

Wasabe, I agree, the font is too small, harder to read. Screens are hard enough on your eyes already.

I like everything else now that it appears to have stabalized, I just wish the font was one size larger.
