As long as it was not under long I would think a good rebuild of the cabin and cockpit would be enough, If iw as a salt dunk there would be miles of wiring, fresh water may have saved most of it. It is a sweet boat, worth the time and effort at the right price.

I think it did more than just ''sink''. If I remember correctly, it rolled and recieved quite a bit of structural damage as well. I know there was a thread with some pictures of it somewhere.
