Yes. Run through DMV, Coast Guard, and a title abstract.

Now days you have to so if you buy a boat you don't have to pay for it while they still don't have a title for it and then might have to give it back to the bank and you loose all of what you put into it.case in point NATIONAL MARINE.Still understand how the owner is still walking around and not in jail for fraud!
