I actually went out and bought the movie on disc without seeing the movie, but I knew it had Miami and offshore boats in it so I had to have it

Overall, its not a good movie but it does have some cool Cigs and Fountains along with a few cool cars in it.

No, its a movie about a currupt criminal who owns a boat dealer in the miami area. Not like anything like that actually occurs.
