all a matter of opinion i guess. looked at and ran a 26 prior to buying my scarab and the water conditions were better when i ran the 260 and the scarab out rode and handled it hands down

I totally disagree with this statement as I owned a 24 Superboat for about 8 yrs and I beat the snot out of the boat in all types of water and I couldn't break it, nor did it throw me out . I raced every boat I came across when in the LI sound when I had it. and only lost once . My boat ran 85+ , It had a twin turbo 454 running 12 psi . John builds one hell of a boat.......... Tom

there are a lot of great boats in that size range,all have diffrent signatures, the fun part is trying to find the right one for you.

Wow!!! That is a lot of great input.........I have always loved the Hustler.....the Progression is real sharp, Superboat has always had a great reputation, of course Pantera, Sonic and Active Thunder are up there too. Sit down or stand up at that length? My 28 had stand up drop downs......
