So, the OSO member lives in the San Fran area and is named Ted. Come on left coast members. I am sure that somebody can figure this one out.

Artic. Yes he said that they were good running blocks. Then they showed up full of rust and junk. If I have to I will have a OSO'er file a claim in LA area and just visit my friends while I am out there. You know make a trip out of it.

Another advantage of CA is that I can file for 5000 in small claims I think. In MA it is a 3000 limit. So I will go for the 5000 and add on the waisted money with motor work.

Jon, you should've just kept my motor!! I'm sorry to hear your probs bro. If he doesn't settle w/you just file a cival suite in S.F. court. Let him know though that you are going to pursue it legally. I've read some peoples responce that you probably wont get anywhere civally but that is not exactly true. Cival law in California is out of control! You're basically rolling the dice by suing him but hey, it's better than not doing anything. I can pretty much gaurantee a judge will give you some money...Gauranteed! Keep all the e-mails and if you have messages from him keep those too. Start a paper trail and have it ready for court. Dude, I am sorry to hear you're getting screwed, it seems the good guys always finish last. You have my # if you need anything.

Tank I still have your motor in the boat. Plan on keeping it for when I sell the boat, pull these motors and find a bare hull. The guy has at leaste been answering the phone and what not so I am not quite ready to flame him. You never know maybe just maybe he will do the right thing...... A guy can hope can't he?
