add should read " flow thru ventalation, one owner, only sunk once, nedds a little TLC" i would say it worth 100k IF its got 97k worth of dry contraband in her hull....

Man all that damage did not happen in a day!! Oh ya and of course there is the missing 2 feet off the nose I wonder if they were going to try and use that in the Catalina ski races so they cut off a few feet to make it legal....

That cabin looks like they kept pigs in there! Yeah, "Un-Certified Sales" is a repo-depot / insurance total loss purchaser. The pictures tell enough, basically a headache and a half project.
