Activator pansies..........

We use alot of Demons at Zuls. The 850 demons run great. The dominator stuff needs work to get right. Do you think it has anything to do with the location of the booster in the venturi?

I've had this discussion with Richie many times. The booster in a King Demon is in the exact same location (in relation to the venturi) as a Dominator. We've got a lot of engine builders that use them, and have real good results with them. I given Richie some things to try to determine what calibration he needs on his engines.

We ran the race demon on the dyno [on one of my personal motors]. Richie got it to perform as good as a modified holley. It still didnt have the idle quality as the holley. We spent 3 days on the dyno with it. We got it close. The reason we wont run the big demons is the amount of labor and dyno time that we have to spend to get them perfect. On the other hand the 850 style demons are far more superior than the holley in any way.

My engine can idle all day without having a problem (well that's probably not true, but I have had it idle for almost an hour and half) nothing on the transum, clean as can be. 1095 RS King Demon on a 250 TBS blower.
