Received a email from Bob Lutz this morning.. He said it will be looked into and someone will get to the bottom of this.. He forwarded the email to 5 different people..

MattJtowne, Despite what Wally said in an earlier post, you can get things accomplished with a Gm area service Mgr. I know my whole career of 38 years was various Rep jobs with the General. It is all about how you present the problem to them. The Gm rep holds the checkbook.It boils down to them telling the dealership service mgr to fix the problem and that they will authorize the warranty repair. Keep us posted
