M-24 24' Pantera my Father set the Miami To New York outboard record with in 1978 and Night Moves owned by Billy Elswick at Lake X in 1978. It later became the base for Performer boats here in Ft. Lauderdale.
The other picture shows Betty Cooke in the Kaama race boat and My Father in M-24 going out the cut at the Pt. Pleasant Benihana race in 1978. The 3rd picture shows Marshall Ives P-21 turning Macho a 24' Pantera at a Miami race in 1979. JO - Pantera Boats |

Hey Jo:
Found this...it's from the '79 Benihana.(?) My dad's boat blew an engine the morning of the race so he went up in the helicopter instead and took this of your dad. Charlie |
