I have a 42' Sonic with #6 drives the last owner just left them unfinished, but i was wondering if there is any performance lose from polishing?

Ya......all the time you can't boat because you have to keep them polished!

Seriously, I don't think it would affect performance at all and sure would look b!tchin'! Just a pain in the butt to keep the up though.

In that case, leave them polished (and post pics in uncensored section) !

The boat had merc 800SC , but one was bad so we are rebuilding both motors. They should be around 1000-1100 hp Injected on the dyno. I don't know the speed....Im hoping for mid 90's but we will have to see

I will have to pay to get on that section soo give me a couple days and I will see what i can come up with for pic's...........looks like it might be a wine & dine weekend for MissTahoe ....lets hope it works

Polishing didn't cost me any speed but they do take some diligence to keep up. Look fine when done though. NK

In regards to Minden/Gardnerville, how far is it to Tahoe and how is it as far as launch ramps, slips, etc? Isn't there another smaller lake nearby too?
