New Information on Waterfront Comm. Bldg.
Just an update, I went and measured the buildings and met with the listing agent. Supposedly they have someone coming in to look at the property the first part of next week.
Bldg. 1 is divided into 2 sections, We could not get into setion 1 it has a drive thru garage door 8x10 I will forward more info when I have access.
Section 2) Garage area meas. 40.5x38.6
4 work benches
10x11.5 drive thru doors
Kitchenete
his and her restrooms
10x17 locked storage
est. 10 x 12 office space
Bldg. 2 10x11.5 drive thru doors
Garage meas. 30.7x32.7
