Just an update, I went and measured the buildings and met with the listing agent. Supposedly they have someone coming in to look at the property the first part of next week.

Bldg. 1 is divided into 2 sections, We could not get into setion 1 it has a drive thru garage door 8x10 I will forward more info when I have access.
