$360k for a 2004 Tiger with that hardware is a good price.
I remember thinking that those colors were not my favorites but like any Cigarette when I saw it live, it was stunning.

As for $360, I don't know if that will do it (of course that is up the the buyer/seller) but it is definetely a good deal for a new boat that's one thing I do know!
