I created one for one of my wife's sales reps. She told him one of his accounts e-mailed in a complaint on him and handed it to him at the start of their annual sales meeting. After the fist session at break he was freaked out as to how to respond. It was a scream as to his confusion as to what exactly was the complaint. More to follow at he lab Monday for the non sales staff. What fun!
