Ed - Ours was just an on-land survey. No sea trial, no compressionn test. So I still think your price is very fair.

Ed - I'm out of the 38 now, if you happen across a good deal on a 27' or 28' Cigarette, please let me know. I've owned both in the past and I'm looking for something that's a little easier for me to trailer between Maryland and Florida.
