Default Re-sizing pictures....

What are you guys using to re-size pictures? I don't have Photoshop, so preferably something that is free. I am tired of having to send someone a picture to re-size for me.

Under Image menu re-size.

Best picture viewer also, press space and backspace to riffle thru pics.

I think OSO should install its own resizing program so this thread doesnt come up every other week. Plus, even an idiot like me could use it!
