Might I ask what you are running for a valve train to last 100hrs @ 1200hp? Must be good stuff! They look sweet. I'd love to find a pair of them in my stocking

Sonny,
Regular maintenance just basically involves oil changes on the motor and the trans. The only time we change spark plugs is if we make a pulley change, then we go one step colder on the plugs.
Goforbroke,
The valvetrain consists of a Custom hydraulic roller cam, one a kind custom lifters, Manley pushrods, Custom built valve springs, titanium retainers and keepers, Manley valves and Jesel rockers. There is no setting valves since it is a hydraulic roller, so it very maintenance free for at least 100 hrs. The lifters are the key. We had no luck with any lifter off the shelf, so we had a set built that would work.

The heads on these motors are Dart Pro 1 CNC with a lot of hand blending. We do offer complete engines in addition to parts from rotating assemblies to long blocks and everything in between.
Lubejob
The pulleys are powdercoated candy purple. It doesn't affect the serpentine grooves because it is only 5 thousandths thick. The pulleys come from Whipple hard coat anodized black so we have to glass bead them before we powdercoat them. If you want to anodize them, they must be stripped, polished and then anodized. Whipple doesn't offer polished pulleys anymore.

That is a Jesel belt drive. Wouldn't have it any other way. We have done some valve train harmonics tests on this combination and the difference is unbelievable between the belt and a chain.
Someone asked the rpms of the motor, sorry can't remember who. Max rpm 6300 b/c of the hydraulic roller cam.
Hope this answers everyones questions. Feel free to ask anymore. I will be happy to answer them. I love talking motors.
