It was easy, just pop the blue oval and pop this in, just need new speed nuts for the new one, you would break the grill if someone tried to rip it off. I bought this at a Peterbilt truch store.

LOL I saw that over on TDS. I'm surprised you haven't posted sooner over here with it!
BTW, I think I'm going to have to do the cab lights/bubba lights this winter!! Looks too odd with the lighted dumbo ears and nothing on top! Now if 1stford parts would just get back to me with the part number for the harness!!

I had to install my lights myself. It is not hard if you buy the kit from ford. It is a little unnerving to drill 5 1/2 inch holes and 10 1/4 inch holes.
But you are right, nothing beats cab lights. I did post on TDS under the X section
