Looks like it could be a Lip-Ship when originally sold usually the grey background on the Cig signs is Phil's mo.

I don't think it is. I'm 98% sure National had it built. I saw that too though

I did say "could"...

Don't know who had it built but it definitaly looks like a National Marine de-built ...
