Try this for more info. http://www.lakecumberland.com/ They have a forum, mostly regulars that could show you the right way. I know the lake but only from the water. Sorry I can't help with camping. You might try grider hill at the south end by the falls. I'm pretty sure they have a camping sign that I've passed a few hundred times. Let me know if I can help.
