I've got extensive photography of the old Chairman of the Board/Turkish Express Cougar 39. But I don't have the ability to attach photos on this forum. I'll see if I can put them on a different web site for viewing. I only have a couple scanned right now too.

Here is a link to a very low res scan of two views of the Cougar 39. Sorry they're so low res. It might be a while before I can get a chance to scan more of the photos at a higher res.

I had never seen a Cougar before this boat. When I got up close to it to take the pictures I was kind of shocked that this hull was so successful offshore. It has such a low profile, it's hard to believe it actually works. I can't help but imagine it would be a pretty scary boat to bring off plane in rough water.

The tunnel design is pretty interesting though. Not only does the tunnel angle get steeper towards the stern, it also starts out flat at the bow and transitions to a V towards the stern.
