Hey all.
I don't post a lot either, but I am very involved in offshore racing. My name is Bruce, and I help run the Silver Cup Offshore Rescue and Evac Team (SCORE for short). I am a PADI certified Master Scuba diver, and an EMT. For the last 4 years I have been sitting out on the water watching some of you run around in circles while occasionally (fingers crossed praying for never) meeting you up close and personal in the middle of one of the Great Lakes. I am involved in other racing sports as well. I race a 4-wheeler in the Grand National Cross-Country Series. If I actually find any free time, you will find me on my Motorcycle cruising around North East Ohio.
Have fun, and above all else Stay Safe.

I also like to read the board, but only on a few occasions decide to chime in with a post, I haven't posted much, but I have been on this board for a while. I am Steve, and presently do not own a boat, but have been around boats all my life (I am 39). You can catch me driving, or as a passenger, in my father's boat, a 27' Magnum Sport (the Hairy Canary) on Sunday afternoons in the northern Chesapeake, or Delaware River. Hopefully a boat of my own will become a reality shortly, I just finished law school, so hopefully with a better job, as a lawyer, I might be able to afford this high priced hardware I read so much about.

I'm Brad from Central FL. I have been around boats all of my 27 years of life. I now have an Eliminator Daytona 28. I read a lot on the board and I post on certain occasions. I work for the Public Defender but I am not a lawyer. I have lots of animals, (4 dogs, two small cats, 1 squirrel, 2 apes and 1 tiger). I am also enjoy playing with big mud trucks. Looking forward to the Jax Firefighters run in June, I was a rider last year and this year can't wait to have my own boat there.

I know it's a small pic, but any chance that you were by yourself at PIB on a slow afternoon last Sept? A guy parked one in front of me on C dock that was identical.
Nice boat. The years go by, but I never "get over" those F311s.

20+ years fixing boats of all types so i guess i,m a professional lurker....much wisdom....many stories....my favorite Hot Boat is our 26 foot steam launch .......SteamBoatWilly. have been around the offshore world a long time we used to race a 4 engine 30 foot shadow cat called foreplay now we are running Blackcloud a 388 Hustler with ASD-8s arnesons and big steam will go over 150.....though not with me in it.......this one scares me...... we work on large yachts (u gota luv an engine 15 feet long with gold plated valve covers! and surgicaly white engine rooms that ARE cleaner than any local operating room) we are on the NYScanal where the river meets lake ontario so we see a lot of variety of boats and boaters

Another lurker, most of my time here is spent reading & learning. I live in Ocala, FL & have a 28' Active Thunder (bought on OSO classifieds from Jafo). I spent most of last summer/fall making mods to the boat, so hopefully I'll get to meet more of you on the water this year.
