36 degrees and raining here. I remember my warm and sunny days back in Newport beach... as I stood on the beach looking west at the blue sky that met the brown smog layer. Now thats beauty! 
I must admit it I do miss it out there sometimes.

It was my wife's birthday today and I told her we would go have lunch someplace on the water..........so we took the Pantera out with sandwiches onboard, went about 5 miles offshore, shut the engine off and had lunch!!! 
This is the only pic we got on the way out, then the camera batteries died *#@!?!
Oh well it could be worse, we could be living somewhere north of here
