Re: Old staggered 38 Cig on Ebay
Ike,
War Party is a beautiful boat, last time I saw it was at Bob Wallace's shop. You took very good care of that boat. I imagine Joe will keep it in good shape. Do you have a new boat ? |
Re: Old staggered 38 Cig on Ebay
Thank's Rocco, I bought a 21 apache and the old michelob light 38 scarab race boat which i am restoring. I also put a offer on a 41 apache and 36 cigarette package deal but i have not heard back yet. Ike

Re: Old staggered 38 Cig on Ebay
Perhaps a Lear Cigarette from the same mold as Sloppy Joes...There was one for sale on Ebay awhile ago un-rigged. I`m not sure how Lear aquired the molds ...i have heard of an outboard model as well....although i cound not imagine why??

Re: Old staggered 38 Cig on Ebay
Looks like an old racing Cig. and not a knock off. I don't think it was the Ohio Steel boat though. Those are some kind of engines though, dry sump! Probably run on 93 octane or better.
