Wow! I live in Bucyrus. 700 S Poplar is a rental and Paul Smith aint from Bucyrus - never heard of him and yes I know everyone (small town). I guess I should have read the whole thread but did ya ever find him? talk to him on the phone? There are 2 Paul Smiths in Marion. Paul Leroy Smith and Paul W. Smith.
Would ya like me to see if I can find out anything?
