MORNING...THEN INCREASING TO GALES TO 35 KT EARLY IN THE AFTERNOON.
SLIGHT CHANCE OF LIGHT SNOW IN THE AFTERNOON. HEAVY FREEZING SPRAY.
WAVES BUILDING TO 10 TO 15 FT.

1/2 inch snow.....1/2 inch ICE. Not supposed to switch back to snow until later tonight!!!! The roads are all white, but its packed ice. I'll take a foot of snow any day over the ice!
