Yep. Made the contraption myself.
The above picture has no height adj. provisions. Made it for my use. But figured can't stop there, let's make it for any boat with Lathem type steering. Hence.........
the following picture that shows the intermediate mount for various heights. The red ruler is were the oriignal engine stand shaft is when bolted to it.

The large angle plate bolts to the engine stand mount where the 4 'arms??' bolt to. By spining that plate, it allows for 20" of height adjustment to match any boat. The drive mount itself then turns inside the intermediate mount to keep the drive always verticle. Used it on several boats and works great. I can also unbolt the top mount from the angle plate and bolt that to a work bench if desired. Just can't remove the 3 screws that hold the rear drive cover on. Kinda 3 units in 1
Takes about 5 seconds to hook up. Hold the mount in location, drop in the 2 steering ram bolts and slip in the 1 rear trim cylinder stud. No nuts needed as the weight of the drive keeps the bolts in place.
