Westchester, NY -------------$52.00 a foot for dry winter storage --- $115.00 for a wet summer slip! That's just for storage, not counting all the extras, and here's the bonus prize, if you store else where for the winter, no guarantee you get a slip for the summer!

This list is way off. There are places that are MUCH more expensive then a lot of those on the list. I would like to know what they are using for thier info/formula. For example the average cost of a home in Nantucket is well over 2 million. I see no place in CT listed, Chestnut Hill MA. There are places in CT and Chestnut hill, Westwood and so on were people buy 6 million dollar homes and just tear them down.

This list was done on the basis of affordable housing markets. It was surveyed by the National Association of Home Builders.

This is interesting because the last time I saw a list that was just flat out cost of houseing Chestnut Hill, MA Some place in Ct and a Place in NY were tops on the list with Chestnut Hill being the most expensive. Now it some how does not make it on the list? There are also some REALLY expensive places aroudn DC and so on. In the list I saw before there were only two places in Cali that were on it....
