Looks like there's an anchor off the bow. I wonder if it's been winterized.

We had a boat left at a mouring and it froze in the lake as well in NY. We thought what a dumba$$, but it turned out that the owner had passed away and no close family. They never thought to check on his boat in all the chaos. We felt stupid.
