I came across this thread last night. Probably for the same reason you did. Had forgotten about it and didn't even remember posting on it until now.

It just struck me funny that the "Good witness" was

I picked up on what you were throwing down. To be honest, I never knew or heard what happened to him. The number I have for him doesn't work anymore and I don't see him on here at all. I enjoyed hanging out with him. He was very knowledgeable in the sport. If there's some super secret story that has a questionable ending I have no problem being left in the dark about it either.

Ignorance is bliss on here anymore.

I leave the story alone as I am the reason he's gone. But he does have enough intelligence to stay off the site. But we are the minority on web sites most love a good story to ride on true or not.
He was a lot of fun and smart as can be for sure.
