You GArmin fans should check out Ray MArine. I just bought the C80 for my boat. All in one chartplotter fishfinder radar video you name it. Screen is super clear too!!
The new A series is a little cheaper though. Priced right around the numbers posted for similiar garmin prices. And only difference is it does not do everything. JUst Chartplotter.

Instead of the 182C (which is discontinued), get the 192C.

I had the 182C and the 192c is MUCH better.
Or wait 2 weeks and get the 492C (I think) as it has the new G2 bluecharts and is the same size/footprint as the 182/192c.

Just bought the 182c for under $500 since i had the cd for the areas i'll be boating.got the 32mb blank chip and added in land/lakes and waterways.Its cool.Russ tell Faith I said hi and look forward to seeing MORE of her this summer.
