Anyone ever have a boat surveyed by a surveyor and stiff the guy on the agreed money owed?

Jordy,

There used to be a guy on here that did surveys for free, but I think he had a deal go bad for him.. I hear that now you can get a survey done in exchange for a presidential Rolex or an Enzo Ferrari....
