Best dialed in Activator out there is without a doudt the one below. All race setup and testing done by the orignal owner Mark Kowalski. Mark strives at making each raceboat he is in a winner.

Thier arn't many air entrapment hulls that size that do 90 with 500 hp I/O that I know of unless it's 22' and weighs 3000#'s. 
That Activator must be a superthin hull. Not only that, it's a smaller boat all around.
Krackmeups new Y2K in Texas is runnin 74.1 gps with a 496HO and pleasure boat layup. Sounds realistic to me.
