I am looking at a 1997 26' Scarab with a 454 mag. Does anybody have any pics of these boats? I am considering driving to Clear Lake to look at it. What are your opinions on this boat? They are asking $26,995.

how bout a 97 Boss Hammer w/ 454 mag for a lot less?

I agree with Fever Mike, I don't own one but almost purchased a 1996 model in 2000. After a test drive and looking it over I was really disappointed. The cabin was just CHEAP, the grapics were stick on and pealing off. Over all just not a well built boat and mind you this boat had only 60 hours in freash water. If you are in that price range I would go with a Baja or if you can get a deal on a Fountain.
