I sold my "baby" when my finances tightened up... I could have been careful with $$ and kept it. KEEP YOUR BOAT if at all possible. Talk to BOF.

It's easier on the wallet, but then other things jump in front of another boat purchase...
That's what happened... My terror of events since selling the boat- Gave a girl a ring, getting married the end of this month.. Signed an agreement on a new house today.
Don't let it happen to you.
Take a partner on in the building deal.... X% ownership for the $$ you need to level things out..... Just a thought.
Or, tell those kids in the pic to get jobs..
