Slip with lift Inner Harbor
 

I have a 40' slip with a 12,500 lb lift for rent or sale in Fells Point Md. Also a 40' slip with a house boat for sale in the same marina. A great set up, weekend on the house boat and store your boat on a lift.

Is the house boat for sale without the slip? I might be interested in just the boat, depending on the price. Who in their right mind would want to boat out of Baltimore all the time?

$39,500. The slip is 40' by 12' wide with finger piers on each side. The annual fees are $1,150.
