I'm sure they will say they lost that in the storm.
I never personally saw it, but Eddie said it was real, he was TMP Racing on this thread, the guy that actually made the motors. Steven Edmonds/Total Maintenance and David Richard-Cyclone/Xtreme Motor Sports the dealer for Nortech which was TotalMP were the marketing end of it, with Steven and his brother assissting in the Engine dept while they went to school. They all had the world by the kahuna's, motor business (by my pics) was coming in, arrogance got in the way, I'll just stop at the moment for right now. The motors that were in my 4300 did run excellent, and I never had a problem with them, or as a matter of fact, any of the guys at the co.mentioned above, at that time. After I recieved a few phone calls, my eyes were opened up, and I saw the writing on the walls. The problems compounded when the storm came and now it is even worse that the engine builder Eddie left. It is unfortunate that this industry has so many problems, thats one of my reasons for going back to stock power and diesels for less maintenance, so I can enjoy what Ive missed for the last 1-1/2, Boating.

I just drove thru your area this weekend and it is still a big mess. Hard to believe what it looked like months ago. I see some new subdivisions on the North side of I-10 that are going in on the water though.... a good sign no doubt. We tried to stay overnight in the Slidell area and no dice. Couldnt believe how NO looked from the road.... whole neighborhoods deserted and all the ruined vehicles looted under the bridges ... what a shame. Still highway signs down etc etc.... The Slidell area was scary with all these people living in the shady hotels.... scary place...

If it's any consolation I think the two guys that questioned the whole thread would have built you a great set of motors and been here after the storm. Just goes to show if it sounds too good to be true, probably is. :(

If you think that looks bad, you should have come another 1/2 hour east to MS, where we were on the right side of the eye. Slidell still has structures up, where Lakeshore, Bay St. louis, Wavaland, PassChristian are comptely leveled for miles. The good thing is that everything is getting cleaned up, which could have taken 20 years to accomplish. New buildings, casino's, hotels and state of the art marinas I am working on. I love this area, including parts of LA, it can only get better, but will eventually turn out like Florida, and all its congested traffic.Jeff

Thanks for takin care of him right away, I appreciate it. We went out between 3-5 on Sat, boat ran awesome, it was really good to get out on the water again. When the parts come in for his trailer you might want to take a look at his ram/k-plane for his port trim indicator, its bent, it opperates in conjuction with his button, but the gauge shows different. I checked it out and its not going back into the sleeved rubber boot, and just bends. When I get my boat I will be bringing by you guys for service, thanks again for the help. Jeff
