If you look close on mine there is a seam where the two halfs meet.

Kchotboat- That looks great! Did you just have your scoop installed? Locally installed by someone else or did you partake?

Harper220: Just an idea. If the scoops that you ordered do not have flanges to bolt through, you could have a local fiberglass shop take the scoops and fabricate flanges onto the bottom edge of them. Of course, if you are gonna do that you might as well fiberglass them into place on the hatch. Then there won't be any bolt heads showing under the hatch. I think that either way would work, but glassing them into place would probably produce a cleaner looking installation. I guess that it would be best to wait and see what you have to work with when they arrive.

Boy, I am sure that this post did nothing but make you more confused. Sorry. Just thinking out loud.

I preped the scoop and painted it. Todd at Advance Canvas did the rest. He is located at LOTO.

I always have time for the Miami boys. The problem is getting down there to you! :D I am working on scheduling wtih Tres to get some minor odds and ends taken care of, so I will let you know when we get the dates ironed out.
