Rack storage (high and dry) is usually the same price as having ain water boat slip.

You need to hook up with us. my group of friends are just about the only ones with powerboats in the area. A friend of mine had a Baja 20 Outlaw and he really liked it.

I haven't listed the boat anywhere. It is in a garage just collecting dust. I don't want to sell it but really need to because it doesn't get used at all. I'm not familiar with your area, but if your on the bay and ocean... 20' can be really small, you might want to go a little bigger... say 26'. I was in the Coast Guard and all the stations I was at had free storage areas, check into it. As others already mentioned, a floating pontoon lift might work for you as it isn't a permanent fixture at your dock and can sell it when your done. Good Luck! If your not really familiar with what size boat you need for your area... talk to people and get out on size boats your looking for and judge for yourself...
