The guy that runs Bally Hoo's in Tarpon Springs is opening the Sundance Grill. Supposed to be at the end of this month. Marina is doing well, they are holding the paper on it. My rates went up about $100.00 for the year. No sweat, I like the place.

It will be opened up in a joint patnership with the owners of Bally Hoo's and Laura Flowers with Molly Goodheads. I've know Laura for years when she was married to Mike Flowers. He now owns the Thirsty Marlin. We used to hang out at 3 Rookers all the time years ago. Should be a GREAT place with a couple of pools, bars, music, etc... Dave
