with a score over 700 I got 5.62, for 20 years. It makes an expensive boat affordable the whole team at beacon was awesome, even through closing. everything was followed up on to the last letter. Even got a card in the mail a few days ago from them thanking me for my business.

If anybody is thinking of buying a boat in the near future it may be smart to submit an application and get your rate locked in. My lenders offer rate locks of between 30 and 60 days and with five major lenders raising rates 1/2 point this week, the others that have not yet raised will not be far behind. [email protected]

Typically under $100,000 banks will finance 90% of the purchase price and tax. Over $100,000 some banks require 15% and others 20%.

It was a 00 Tiger, and they did the full amount no Doc as I'm self employed, had an answer in less than an hour and was closed in 7-10 days. It's all based on your score and your ratios, if its all in line, and you have a score mid 700's you should get a great rate.
