I drive 5 miles a day.. They can raise the prices all they want

Funny thing, gas prices go up and down. Race fuel prices stay the same all the time..

But they raise the price on my race fuel and the worlds gonna end..

Every .10 iincrease over that $1.50 is another $130,000 a year in fleet fuel costs. So, at the current $2.20 a gallon that is $910,000 a year in added fuel costs... All of which must be absorbed in a already strapped budget with no funding increase in the recent past or next two years.

It's very simple Troutman....write more tickets to offset the cost!!!!!

It's issues like this that need to be presented to Bush... Only other alternative is cut back on mileage, which means less coverage and patrol, I'm guessing. Either way, that's not good. This is a prime example of how rising gas prices effect about every facit in life. I heard Bush just approved another 70-80 billion towards Iraq. I'm amazed about everything that's going on right now. What's our National deficit, in the trillions? So lets just spend billions more that we don't have. What a big f'd up deal.
