My season is end of May to end of Sept.
Ok, I noticed somethin. I am sure that these are very nice people, and that I would like them a lot.
However, having said that..... if you don't use the strap that goes under a small child's PFD, you might as well leave the PFD off. When they fall in the water their heads go right down out of the vest and there is nothing to keep the vest on. Vest floats. Baby sinks.
Babies are easier to find on top of the water. So, if you have babies on the boat, make sure that there is something holding them in the vest besides their shoulders.
Not flaming anybody.... just looking out for those little boaters.

They are very nice people and we have all been boating since we were about the same age as these little guys. Funny thing is, the guy at the store wanted to sell them some "pretty blue" vests, cuz they were little boys, and the father replied with, "HELL NO! I want the bright orange ones cuz if anything should happen, I want them to stick out like a sore thumb!!"

. Motors are comming along pretty well, hope to get one on the dyno next week and then both in the boat ASAP. It's amazing how much traffic is down at the marina, I feel bad for Garry he can't get anything done until after 7 pm. Then my welder has to make me some tailpipes and I have to finish rigging the boat.
Lot's of work and not a lot of time due to my "fast approaching" wedding

8 more inches of snow here last night, still snowing this morning. thinking it may not be worth getting the boat out for our two weeks of sun this year.
