Ya what is up with this guy? The only think that makes any sence is that YOU get your boat back. What is keeping that guy from selling the boat then taking the money and putting it in his pocket and saying sorry go after the new guy?

Something ain't right here, how can he sell your boat, he doesn't have a title, your bank holds the title, is he going to pay off your bank?? If not how do you feel that you are getting out from under it, you still owe your bank the rest of the loan amount???
My question exactly.
If he's supposidly going to pay off the note, then he is out the bucks and you walk away happy. Is he going to sue the guy he bought it from?

This guy has a fake title, right?
What's to prevent him from selling it and taking the money? Think about it. He's got the boat, a clean title, what's to stop him?
I'd get a signed contract stating how it's all to worked out.

Somethings wrong here. I don't think it'll go the way you want it.
